Oftentimes we don’t take action because we don’t know where to start.
With this worksheet, you will determine your top two roles you feel are draining you – such as mom, business owner, volunteer, work, etc. Then you’ll consider the question prompts that will guide you to first action step(s). Simple as that.
I’ve minimized the questions so that it doesn’t feel like an overwhelming job just to do the worksheet. Hopefully a little thought on your end will get you inspired, motivated and understand what’s really getting in your way.
